Their staff left a large black case unattended in the middle of the floor. Long story short, I tripped over it and fell to the ground. A very LOUD "manager" named ARIANNA and another one named ZITA sat me down on a chair and they both MINIMIZED my injuries. After completing a bogus " incident report," they proceeded to protect the owners of the shop by not releasing their contact information. I ended up in the emergency room overnight for over 6 hours with nose and head contusions, as well as, large bruises all over my body. In fact, my face is still bruised 5 days after this incident. No one from the shop has called me to inquire about how I am doing or to take responsibility for their negligence!! To make matters worse, their merchandise is low quality, made in CHINA and overpriced! Their RUDE and ARROGANT staff do not care about their customers at all!! Plenty of reasons to AVOID spending your money in here!!
