I came here because a friend recommended it and we had an amazing time. Food, drinks and staff are 10/10. Only downside was the many stairs whilst wearing heels. Next time I’ll just wear flats. Parking: Customer parking with a 2 min walk or paid parking right outside.

I first spotted Tarshish on social media and it looked like a very nice location. In person, it was very classy and definitely looked like a picturesque place. The spicy chicken bao bun starters were good but definitely could do with more flavouring. For mains, I ordered the Adana kebab and Beyti kebab which were nice but once again could do with some more flavouring. The staff were quite friendly so all in all a good experience!

I was so disappointed with our visit yesterday for our anniversary. The service was terrible! Within 29 minutes of being seated we were served water, drinks, bread starters and mains. Our plates for starters were literally cleared as they placed our mains down and we had only just finished eating it. This meant I couldn’t even eat my main as I was left with no time for my food from the previous course to go down. No one even asked if the food was okay or why I left it. We then thought it was improving as they brought us a ‘happy anniversary’ sparkler treat which we thought was a kind gesture from the restaurant, only to find they charged us for this. We did not order it and had declined dessert when asked so unsure why it was given to us. I even remember getting a message the day before saying this is something you could add on for £11 which I did not opt in for and would not have done as do not like Ferrero rocher. Lastly before we were even finished they were clearing our table and lifting glasses to clean it as if to rush us out. Would not return
