They were very quick to respond to emails and gave us numbers to contact for urgent things. When maintenance issues came up, someone always came the next day after we emailed, and if we emailed early in the day someone would be by that afternoon. They returned our deposits within several days of moving out, and didn’t do what some landlords/letting agents do where they deduct money for small silly things.
