The best £8 a month you will ever spend, if you work from home you need to get signed up to this, you will not regret it. I was blown away. Heather goes into SO much detail you can do more than 60 poses with your eyes closed. With illustrations of muscle groups & Heather demonstrating exactly how to do every pose. There are vids of prop tips, & tips for painful or awkward body parts, you will so be able to help and stretch your body. There are also videos in the playlist of full sessions. I was not keen on the line things out there but this beats them all. You cannot go wrong here the detail is superb.and you can see HOW MUCH work has gone into this. It has changed my posture and my life - thank you Heather you are brilliant.

Heather is an amazing yoga teacher. I've been practising yoga , in various forms, for about 17 years and in all that time I've never met a teacher as good as Heather. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating and putting you at ease, this is what stands out for me. There is something for people at all levels, and it's not about trying to be the best, it's about making the yoga work for you. The small class sizes mean that you feel well looked after and free to ask questions. Heather is also a brilliant masseuse. If you have knots, she will find them!

With Covid fears, fear not! this lady has got it covered. Very sad to be in lockdown again but leading up to it, the studio was kitted out with screens, , half class numbers, all is wiped down, bring your own mat, and more. All that go above and beyond Government guidelines. Heather is absolutely fabulous having adapted her classes to the extremely difficult self distancing climate. Do not fear she has it covered. Hope we can return soon.

Yoga studio is amazing - the best I have ever been to. The size of the studio means you get personal attention from Heather for almost every single pose whether that is helping you to push yourself even further or the odd adjustment for alignment. All the classes I have attended have been amazing and I am now ruined because no other yoga teacher matches up! I am always left with a feeling of complete contentment after a session - there is nothing else like it! Recommended for people of all abilities.

Be spoilt with a wealth of knowledge & experience.very few yoga studios will give you this much attention and the small classes make it more special. Also massage here is 10 out of 10 over 25 years of experience puts Heather top of her game, highly recommend, yes ok I am next door ! but I send many of my clients here :)
