Went to see a lovely M2, car was mint, well priced and seemed like a nice set up, but staff were less than impressive. Receptionist was more interested in her phone than making us a cup of coffee, barely looked up. The sales guy she got to come over valued the part exchange so low that it wasn't worth selling. Felt like I was an annoyance to them, even though I had come in to buy the car and not even question the price. My Son and I had travelled for 1 hour 30 to get to them, but we were happy to walk away. Massive room for improvement in customer service I would say.

If you value customer service as much as your dream car then I cannot recommend Targa enough William and Suzanne were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional never in my wildest dreams did I think I would own such a vehicle but the process including financials was made flawless They have seen me through the purchase of two Ferrari from start to end and ensured that each of my individual needs were taken care even to the point they seemed to know what I wanted from my car more than I did (I was even loaned a car to bridge the purchases) so there you go expectation exceeded
