I called, Rude person that spoke very little/poor English answered the phone on Friday they then put the phone down on me, Having now spoke with Emirates direct and booked my holiday direct glad I didn't book with Holiday Luxury as was advised they do not have any agreements in place with Holiday Luxury nor do Emirates recommend or work with them so seems they have false advertisement.

I inquired about a luxury trip to Dubai for our 15th marriage anniversary. They offered us a variety of options with few luxury hotels in JBR and the palm.
