Wonderful customer service... Nothing was to much trouble. The owner looked after us so well. Our old family rug was repaired beautifully where it was torn many years ago... we were so delighted with the workmanship to restore it to its former glory. In the shop there is a wonderful choice of rugs for all tastes. We even bought one ourselves while in the shop.

Just had a wool rug cleaned, having been in front of our Aga in a busy farmhouse kitchen with several labradors it was very dirty indeed. Came up like new, unbelievable difference. Emad is very knowledgeable and helpful we have purchased some beautiful rugs from him in the past, I highly recommend Tapis if you want friendly customer service that’s second to none.

I absolutely love Tapis, the range of rugs are amazing and Emad is extremely helpful and friendly. I bought my first Kilim rug from there a few months ago which I LOVE. Unfortunately a dog then chewed a bit of it, I asked Emad about repairs and he took it straight back and repaired it within 3 days! Thank you so much. I already have my eye on another rug which I am currently saving up for!
