So much to learn here about the teachings. Cosy place to move together in harmony. I like this simple, but smooth place with a taoist shrine, and experienced members to help others.

Be cautious. I did the Introductory beginners class, along with several other new people and some experienced members who had wanted a refresher. First class is an intro, and to come back for the second week you have to pay for the whole course (£75). However, when I came back back for the second week I found all the other beginners had dropped out and the experienced members had requested it go faster. I therefore found myself the lone beginner in a class that was now an intermediate class, going too fast for me. I did tell the instructor at the time, to no effect. This was really stressful. I then missed the next two weeks – due to Covid - and consequently decided it was hopeless to return to that class. My first suggestion of a solution was to rejoin a later class and try again, which was agreed, but the stressful memory of that second class, and my concern the same might happen again was ultimately too much, so I instead asked for a reasonable part refund. I was offered no understanding, no apology (at any time) and offered only £30 from my original £75, which I declined as unacceptable. I did not hear from them again.
