Don’t understand the negative reviews. I moved locally and registered here, took a few weeks and then saw a doctor same day when I rang at 8am. Didn’t have to queue as they ring back when you’re front of the queue. Doctor was thorough and didn’t make me feel rushed. Considering the NHS is struggling I found the whole thing fine and the reception team were friendly and quick. Helpful pharmacy on site too!

Heartless. When asked for information about my 94 year old mother, after having being called with concerns about her blood pressure was told it wasn’t worth her job’ to provide any information…. I’m in bits. This is the caring NHS.

This place is the WORST GP ever. If you can get another doctors please do. Every single service they provide is abysmal! Can't even answer a phone call when you're 1st in the queue (waited 20 minutes and counting now whilst being 1st in the queue) Impossible to get seen and most of the time they send your prescription to the wrong pharmacy!

Been our surgery for years. All in all they've been brilliant in dealing with many a same day urgent medical issue. Very courteous reception staff, plenty of parking, genuine GPs and nurses. I feel lucky to be a patient at this practice.
