Ive observed this care home go from 0 to 110% in months . The activities are above and beyond the Facebook page is amazing. Looking forward to the BBQ on Monday for the coronation due to weather we understand this was push back and we really appreciate the lengths lisa goes to to get families involved. Everyone I’ve spoken to as expressed the great changes well done to the team.. not a easy job and I can not thank u enough I know my mom is loved and well looked after.

At first thought it was lovely first impressions went today nothing going on for coronation my mum got a microwave pizza which I might add was cold half of ham sandwich and half tuna the care staff try so hard but management useless

I started working in this home from January 2023. New management is now in place and the home is coming together fantastically! Very large improvement made, staff are valued, supported and training helps us all do our jobs better. Residents are happy, relatives appear happy and overall the moral has improved immensely. I continue to look forward to working here along side my work family.
