    Lying, cheating woman wouldn't give my money back. Made it very clear I wanted two pedicures at the same time on my booking. She said she had tried to ring and text to tell me she couldn't accommodate my booking and showed me the wrong number - 1 digit wrong. She did not call the right number, did not get hold of me. She opened the door and said "I can not do your booking, I can not take two people at once". It was booked well in advance and made very clear I wanted two people at the same time. She made it clear that she was aware of it. She could have just not carried out the booking and not taken my money and that would have been fine, no worries, but she decided to make sure she got her money anyway. The money was taken through Treatwell when I cancelled. It was taken automatically upon cancellation. I cancelled as she told me to, thought I was doing the right thing and didn't realise she was trying to get away with my money.

    đŸ‘ŽđŸŸ Abysmal!! I wouldn’t even give it 1 stars only ZERO STARS. Where do I start? I booked an appointment for a manicure on the day by phone for a certain time. I came on time then had a look at what different nail varnish colours to choose. When the nail treatment started, the staff member (Chinese woman) was FaceTiming a man on the phone speaking in her own language non-stop for over 10 minutes whilst doing my nails. How rude and unprofessional??? Not even speaking to a customer. Shouldn’t even be taking personal calls whilst with a customer. I didn’t say anything about it but the staff member can tell I wasn’t happy about it and said ‘you can leave if you want to’ whilst having the cheek to say I came late and that I took long choosing a colour?? Not even a sorry or something to encourage a customer to stay. I’d never return to this establishment again!!! Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too!! At the end, I went to a nearby nail salon in Lupus Street with much better service and good rates for manicure. Advice? DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE‌ AVOID. Unless you want bad customer service, patronising staff or overpriced treatments.

    Firstly I would like to start by saying how shocked and dissapointed iam with this beauty salon. I booked through Treat Well and on arrival the moment I walked through the doors a women forced me to pay before my treatment and the payment was double what treat Well claimed it should be. I was desperate as it was my friends wedding day I had no option but to pay and hoping the treatment was going to go well. So she took me downstairs to a freezing cold room - told me take of my clothes and I was stood naked in a room with the DOOR OPEN! There was man learning around ( Receptionist ) Who is male and I felt extremely uncomfortable! so I closed the door. I was then ready to put my clothes on and leave but I had already paid! 10 minutes later the women finally arrived back and aggressively started the spray tan! She didn't have a clue what she was doing and going over the same spots repeatedly to the point where I was going black in one area. Our conversation was based on races and how she doesn't like certain people from other countries. I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Finally after my spray tan she gave me a vacuum cleaner sort of device to DRY MY OWN BODY whilst the door was open and she left me there alone. I WAS freezing cold and caught a cold the next day! after I dried she then did a whole sales pitch to try and make me buy useless products at extortionate prices. I refused and left! I live in Pimlico so a short walk around the corner i get home! I look in the mirror and to my shock I've turned GREEN !!! I Immediately called up the salon and the women got extremely defensive - seemed like it wasn't the first time she has heard this! She then hung up!! I tried to call back several times and no response. I called back the following days and no response! I wrote to them and no repose.. I shall never go there again and It should be shut down. Trading standards should really look into your business model and I should have a refund or my spray tan corrected. Just alone that you left me naked is disgusting! I felt and still feel violated. AVOID AT ALL COST !!
