I visited Snainton Golf Centre for the first time this morning and left frustrated after about 15 minutes. The reason for driving there (instead of using my local range in York) was to check my yardages as they advertised their driving range had Top Tracer installed. However I tried 3 bays and unfortunately the system was not picking up my shots unless I hit grass-skimming stingers. Another annoyance was that only a single Top Tracer bay had the autotee ball delivery system but that was also malfunctioning. It was very frustrating experience because the range ball prices would have been very good value had everything been working properly.
