When Sheila, my main contact, was out of the office, another colleague responded just as quickly to emails, knew what was going on, and kept things moving so there was no delay. When a complication (not of their making) arose with the sale, Tanners acted quickly to find a solution. Well done to the whole team. My experience with Tanners has been nothing short of sensational. Right from my first phone call prior to Instruction Sheila Read instilled trust and confidence, she was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and fully understood the task myself and my partner were asking Tanners to take on. Not to dwell on the past but prior to instructing Tanners we instructed another law firm to act on the sale of our property and they were nothing short of horrendous. What a breath of fresh air Edward Scott was. He went from being instructed to getting a deed of variation drafted and signed by no less than three management companies and managed to get us exchanged within just over a week. He was quick, clear, concise, provided us with actual legal advice (which we didn’t get from our previous firm) and was generally just a dream to work with start to finish. I cannot rate Tanners enough.
