I echo RS TM's comments entirely. As well as those a random member of staff walked through the surgery twice whilst I was having an extraction. Afterwards I had an infection & also had to have work done on my neck as the nurse hadn't held my head in place during the procedure. The aftercare at my own (excellent) dental practice is ongoing a few weeks later.

Absolutely awful experience tooth extraction. This dental practice is like something from the 70’s. Not clean looking, the surgical light held on with cable ties, a dental surgeon who told me minimal information. Seemed all he wanted to do was get me in and out as soon as he could. Dental nurse didn’t say two words, no after care not once are you ok, which I wasn’t. Lots of pain and pinching my lips with his fingers. I would avoid this place at all costs.

They seem a pleasant team. However I have no confidence after a dodgy consultation and charged twice for same treatment. Is it normal to extract a nerve with a colour headed pin ?

Went for an appointment today for a check up and a clean, during the cleaning I started to get a breathing problem, the dentist stopped the procedure and called a nurse, they checked my blood pressure and oxygen levels, l soon felt better and went on my way, I have to say I was very impressed with the way they dealt with the problem, very professional. Would recommend this practice to anyone.
