I can not thank Tangible Building Solutions enough. They dealt with 2 of my claims for water leak and both were successful. Jack @ Tangible Building Solution is the best person to deal with. Very profesional and experienced, he kept updating me on every step of my claim. He helped me so much and I don’t think I would be successful without his help. Contact Jack if you need any help as I never dealt with anyone more helpful and in such profesional way. I highly value his expertise and experience in this field. The customer service I received is 5 star! Thank you Jack. It was a pleasure to deal with you and I should say: hopefully I will speak to you again but hopefully no more water leaks!

Can’t recommend Tangible Building Solutions highly enough. After a major water leak that ruined most of our downstairs they jumped right into action to get the claim process underway, arranging drying services and handling all contact with our insurers (who as to be expected were not super helpful!). They constantly chased for a quality resolution and managed to get us a claim payment much higher than initially offered by the insurer! A special mention to Jack Porter whose experience dealing with these cases is evident in his knowledge and persistence! Thanks for all the help!

I really, hate giving a bad review but this is just shocking. Avoid. We had our leak Around Christmas time December 2021. Quick to recommend their services were ADI proleak who praised their work and efficiency. All good when you have a busy household, young children and a dog. It started well, we had someone come out take pictures, check the scope of work. Give us a rough outline of how long it would take. All the right things. But then to get someone to complete the work…1 year and two months later… still waiting for any sort of work to take place. I have been very patient and have called/ emailed on several occasions. No one on the phone knows anything about our claim. On a few occasions I have called explaining we would like to go through our insurance directly because it is taking too long but they seem to have me dangling at a thread. Telling me that they now have someone to complete the work and will be in touch soo. Nope I just wait for another couple of weeks trying to give them time but nothing. February 2023 now. Not Good. 🤷🏽♀️🙄🤔😱😫😞

Stay well clear from Tangible got recommentded by ADL, its now been almost 5 months since i have had my claim of a leak. They have issues with their subcontractors, i have been given various excuses and still no way near settling the claim, my insurance company has paid to get the drying done and in return i have paid tangible, and tangible have fallen out with their contractors and they are not doing any work for Tangible anymore, i have requested Jack to get the payments made to them refunded back to me so i can cancel the contract and get the work done by someone else, they have issues within themself that they never communicate, and everytime i ask they say the are waiting for Roy financial director to get back to him. I have since send email to Jack and CC;d Mark their MD saying i want to cancel the contract and to advise what i need to pay them and refund the rest, then i get a email that they paid for the leak repair which is odd yet i paid for the leak repair first and then appointed tagible. I also have now been made aware they no longer use contractors and charge customer based on percentage of cost of repairs again this was never mentioed to me. Since then i spoke to ADL who recomended me to Tangible apprently i have been told they no longer use tangible due to number of complaints, drying company have called me saying they don't do any work for tangile also due to them getting paid. You have been warned so stay clear, i am seeking assistance how to proceed from here on.

The company who came in to fix my leak in the utility room put me on to Tangible Building Solutions to assist me in managing my claim with my Insurance company. This was a new experience for us but after a slow start Claims Manager Jack took over our case and kept us informed on a regular basis to what he was doing on our behalf. The conclusion was he obtained a far better settlement for us more than we would of expected. I have no hesitation in recommending him and Tangible Building Solution’s in the future. Noel

We have been renovating our house for the past 8 years and worked with various tradespeople, organisations and companies - some excellent, many very poor - however, Tangible have been one of the very worst experiences we have had. I am not writing this maliciously, as we have, to an extent, resolved our situation, but I would hate to think of someone else going through the same stressful, drawn-out and rather unprofessional process needlessly. We employed the services of Tangible to act as intermediary between our insurance company and relevant tradespeople following an extensive underground leak in our kitchen. The level of communication in order to get us to sign a contract with them was exemplary - but the proceeding 3-4 months of trying to get our decimated kitchen to a habitable standard was horrendous. Endlessly unanswered emails (including to their CEO); the person dealing with our case handing it off to someone else who then subsequently left the company; seemingly empty promises that they were chasing contractors to do the work, then the contractors pulling out etc. But the very worst trait is, they never keep you updated - you are simply expected to wait and wait and wait - without even the most simple courtesy contact to say they are still fighting your corner. After 3 months of waiting (following the complete striping of our tiled kitchen floor) - we just organised the work to be done ourselves (it took one afternoon to find 3 people to quote on the job). Then the battle ensued to try and dissolve our contract (we agreed to pay their 'fees') - however, even that fell on deaf ears - mainly because they were sitting on 50% of the insurance payment (which they also hadn't informed us about). Finally, after endless emails - they gave us a settlement payment - after taking a big cut themselves and we are now dealing directly with our insurance company (which we should have just done in the first place and I implore you to do if at all possible!) If you do find yourself caught up in a similar situation - firstly, I feel for you - but one thing that helped us was noting that Tangible are a representative of an insurance company called Crowthrone Insurance Brokers (it is in tiny print at the bottom of Tangible website). In a moment of desperation I contacted them - and they got back to me within the day and started the wheels turning at Tangible. It is worth noting that both our insurance company and the company that took up the floor have contacted us independently with issues (insurers: why is the job taking so long / floor company: we haven't been paid by Tangible...) Anyway - there are clearly reviews on here that suggest Tangible can get it right - but we certainly weren't one of those cases. My advice would be - do not risk it. Either deal with insurers yourself or go with a different management company. Tangible are simply a very poorly run organisation often dealing with people when they are at their most desperate and vulnerable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I employed this Company through MyBuilder to deal with my Insurance Claim after I had a flood bathroom to kitchen. That was in November 2021….. Tangible received my claim pay out in April 2022 and as I write this at the end of September 2022 they still have made no attempt to complete the work or pay the Insurance money over to me (which is thousands) . Emails asking for updates were constantly ignored throughout the whole process and when updates came, still nothing happened. Finally after months of waiting, I spoke to my Insurance Company which was when I discovered that Tangible had already received a significant sum from them to complete the works and that the Insurance Company were actually awaiting further info they had requested from Tangible 2 month’s previously, before a further claim amount could be considered. I have now had to write to Tangible to say I no longer want them to do the work but want the money paying over to me and wait another 8 weeks before I can take them to the Financial Ombudsman. I am writing this review nearly 6 weeks on from that request and I have had no response, so still don’t have my money. 10 months on from my flood my kitchen is still in a state of disrepair and Tangible it appears have "pocketed " my Insurance money. BEWARE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We recently used Tangible Building Solutions after we had a pipe leaking in the lounge. The initial offer from our insurance company would not have even covered the cost of replacing the floorboards, let alone everything else that was involved. Once Tangible got involved, how the insurance company changed their tune! We are now in receipt of an offer from our insurers of ten times the amount of their original offer. Can't thank Mark and the rest of the team enough! Thanks so much!
