    Recently had a multimedia wall done with electric fire built in. Girls in the showroom could not be more helpful in helping my vision come to life! After seeing the reviews I was hesitant but no need to be, even met the owner who was really helpful, was very honest in his opinion but I prefer this rather then a fake sales person just trying to get the sale! would highly reccomend!

    We bought our paragon fire and surround (ex display) a couple of years ago.. I was thrilled with it! But.. its has never really worked. If it lights, it only stays on for a few mins the goes out.. cant get no joy whatsoever from suppliers.. it's cold today would like to be able to turn it on😡.. cant get paragon repair on it as the parts are discontinued..was a waste of our hard earned money.. gutted....

    Only giving 1 star because I can’t give any less. Owned our paragon 5 fire for just over 12 months. After 6 months of fire not lighting (pilot won’t even light), we reported to Tamworth Fireplace. Was told to speak to the manufacturer directly because the battery in the fire may need changing (there is no battery in our fire, it’s mains powered - as confirmed by manufacturer). Was told I would have a call returned by the manager/owner, whatever title he goes by. Never received call from him. Over the summer, no real reason to light the fire. Came to autumn/winter this year, still have a fire which does not light. Have called time and time again. Have still never had a response from the “owner”. Gets a poor reception girl to do his dirty work. Last phone call we made, we have been told unfortunately now you’re out of warranty, oh and you need a service, this might be why the fault is occurring. Interesting. Well the fault was present at 6 months, did we need a yearly service then? Stay away from this company. Absolute trash customer service and a “manager/owner” who doesn’t have the decency to return a phone call. Something to hide?

    Visited Dimplex for some spare bulbs, who pointed me in the direction of using a retail partner i. There words, Asking Tamworth Fireplace showroom was a waste if time, not having the spared was not a problem, the fact they could not be bothered to order the spare item, telling me to go directly to Dimplex!!!!. Not helpful at all !!!!!!! Will never bother with them again or recommend them!

    Bought a display fire surrounds. Supposed to have a full black backing. Got a used one. Explained to them gas fire out electric lookalike burner to sit on hearth. No chance got a big cut out square at back of my fire dust blowing through. Surround not even fitted to the wall. Phoned them and how very rude was the owner. Once they have your money they there not interested will take this further beware from buying from there. All nice to yiur face after sales rubbish.
