Some councillors seem excessively fond of the sound of their own exceedingly irritating voices. If only there was a way of harnessing energy from hot air it could save the town a fortune. Maybe we could even have stretched to some bunting for the Coronation.

Please do not allow Glen Currie from Wates contractors in to your home as he has caused over £600 worth of Damage to my property and when I reported it to Trevor Wylie from Tamworth Borough Council he defended wates so I am now taking Glen to court Please Keep Him Out you have been warned

I suggest Tamworth Council replace Equans, the 3rd rate repairs supplier!! I had to wait 3wks for an appointment to replace a tap washer, come the day I waited in all day for no one to turn up!! When I enquired why they hadn't turned up I was told there had been an emergency and they couldn't make it to do a 10minute job!!! The woman who told me this was the same one who had phoned me the day before to check that I'd be in!!!! Jokers!!!!

I'm shocked to see the reviews on here. I can honestly say that everytime I've ever spoken to anyone in the council it's been a pleasure even at terrifying times. Elaine Chapman and Linda bagshaw esp are outstanding at their jobs. The respect they show people in their hours of need is second to none. They go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. The receptionists are a lovely bunch that try their very best. This isn't an easy job but I personally think they do it well. It may not be always in our favour but unfortunately they are bound by the government and have to follow the rules. My experience has always been a good one with this council even though sometimes I've been frustrated because I've found myself at the horrible side of the broken system I understand fully it's not the people in the council who are to blame for it. Keep it up your doing a great job all of you 👏

Well, if you all want a better service from the Council then stop voting in Tory councillors. Had to give one star which is one too many.
