I came into Tamworth Audi mid April to see about possibly changing my current A1 and getting something bigger. We were in the showroom not even 2 minutes when we received a very warm welcome from Parv. Within the hour I had been shown around a Q2, shown the options available to me and was able to design the car I was after on the Audi configurator. To my surprise Parv was able to find the exact car I had described to him that had just gone into build and was a cancelled order, which meant I could have my brand new Q2 within the next couple of months instead of the lengthy wait I was expecting. Parv has been extremely informative and professional throughout, his product knowledge is top tier! Nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service from the lovely ladies at the front desk right to the manager who checked all was well before I drove away. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Thank you Tamworth Audi

Poor customer service and experienced rude attitude from certain staff. Paid a deposit for a car and was not informed when it had arrived to dealership, was then told they were refusing me the sale due to it not being Audi standard, although a different Audi dealership were willing to sell it as is, therefore, due diligence was not conducted and my time wasted. Requested the deposit back on Sunday which I was informed would be processed on the Tuesday (after bank holiday) and would receive the funds by the end of the week. This was not done and after 3 phone calls to the branch the following Saturday (a week later), still did not get to speak to a manager, when it was informed one would call me back by COB to deal with the situation (they did not). Ended up being told they would send me the funds back within 24 hours and a courtesy email sent… still not received the funds or an email. Sent a complaint email and no response as of yet. AWFUL! Do not recommend dealing with.
