Didn't finish the work he was paid for, promotes a 2yr guarantee that is worthless. !your reply to my review! You promised to return? "I only live down the road I'll come back" you have just stated yourself in your reply to this review that it's ok for you to fit 2 cameras with no access to view them, that just about sums it up. This was my message on the 18th march when I advised you I had the app and my phone was perfectly ready for completion, I contacted you for 3 weeks where you made empty promises of visiting me to complete I have all the messages I sent asking you to call so your excuses are unfounded. This is what you received the same day you fitted the cameras. 18th March Hi you've left your mouse and I've got the App now, odly I had to download another app to make it work, I've viewed the page where it asks for my email and password and come out anyway enjoy the match sort it when you pick mouse up. Ann !!You never provided me with a password to enable my access !! Such an easy solution to arrange a return you chose not to I waited over 3 weeks then I received information about your work history that's when I realised I'd chosen wrong company.

3 camera install were done professionally and at a very reasonable price. Turned up when agreed and on time. The picture quality is practically perfect and using the phone app means I can keep an eye on my house easily when away.
