We drove an hour and a half to get there. The lady who served us clearly had less knowledge (they disagreed but were huffing at us) than her senior, who just said that she will 'pass on our concerns to the manager'. On top of it, they were trying to sell these knee pads as new- with leather cracked and velcro stuck with some material, which to me looks like a returned item.
