The quality of care for residents provided by Tall Trees team is just unrivalled & incomparable amongst others. I have never seen such a premium level of care enjoyed by residents: food, cleanliness, personal care, etc. If I have to live with Demantia in the future, I will honestly put my whole trust on this care home. The skills and efforts of the team is underrated and overlooked though. Many of them work because they think it is a meaningful thing to help the elderly. If their hard work is be better recognised and appreciated, we can definitely see even more smiles at this lovely Care Home.

Absolutely disgusted with the general care provided, due to being left in bed in soiled clothing for hours he was then admitted to hospital due to a bed sore leading to sepsis , He also had real difficulty in swallowing ,but he was often found laying flat in bed which contributed to chest infections… Due to neglect a safeguard was put in place from the hospital
