Appalling service their , Youview has constant errors, saying no transmitter, no signal, limited to one or two general channels, it takes forever to load, no auto "ON" when using your hand remote control. I have 2 hours waiting in phone call for nothing call service is awful 😞😞😞 if you hear TalkTalk run away even the name say the same thing just talk talk and nothing more or less never the problems gone be fixed for you... Worst company ever!!! It takes great skills and huge effort to be such an incompetent company with the worst customer service in the world!!! They staff all clueless and the technical support team are not even technical!! After 4 weeks of pure communication, misinformation, endless calls and 2 engineers attending my property they still can't sort out why my broadband is not working!! Terrible company!!

This company talktalk the first invoice they charge me £60 (I pay monthly only £33) I don’t call did have time even the second invoice £292.31 call them why charge me all this from my direct debit for what??!!! They said we are sorry we should don’t charge u all this we will refund your money we will calll?!!! Ben now 1month no refund no call every week call them??!!!!
