It seems that is perfectly reasonable to think that 2 card payments (fraudulent) from a UK bank, amounting to £9500 for cash to be supplied to Somalia is seen as a usual transaction for TalkRemit. They make fraud so easy so if your looking to give your hard-earned money away you should deal with this company. If you want to keep it for yourself DO NOT USE

Are you working with the scammers that stole £9500 from my bank account 11 days ago? I called you and you don’t care that fraud has occurred. Seriously not interested in fraud. Makes it way too easy for scammers to transfer money to themselves and don’t care about the consequences. Why is this service not more secure? How can money be transferred out without ID?

I have been using this app since the Lockdown as many shops were closed. However, the service is horrible when it comes to sending large figure (5k). I have provided all the necessary docs but transaction was rejected without explanation and they closed my account. Provided identification, proof of address, and bank statements but that wasn't enough for them. Poor customer service, but thank god there are many companies that provide similar services. FYI if they continued to treat their customers this way I'm sure they would lose many customers.
