I contacted Stephanie to ask for support and advice about two areas of concerns I had about my daughter. Even though Stephanie did not cover my area she still provided be with guidance and pointed me in the right direction. One concern was that Spanish and my husband British, and was not sure what the best way to introduce both languages. I was provided with advice to speak both languages and feedback on how new research highlighted it was fine for me to start sentence in one language and end it in another. I also had concerns about my daughter not eating as well as other children her age. I got information on the steps a child goes through from introducing food to eating it and sent me referral form as I did not know could self refer either. Excellent service and very helpful.

Steph has been such a help with my autistic toddler. She has worked with the family for over a year now after our gp wanting us to wait until my son was older. She has helped us with a range of communication techniques that have hugely supported my husband and myself in understanding his needs. My son has had a huge increase in communication and is much less frustrated. We can’t thank her enough for the change in our house.

Steph was fantastic with our twins. We first met Steph when our twins were 21 months and they had no functional communication. 2 years later and they are both talking/ communicating. Steph helped us establish PECS and gave us strategies to support our twins with their joint attention. We will forever be grateful for the support we received.

Steph has been working with our almost 4 year old Son for the past 2 years. He had a severe speech delay however, other agencies had advised he was too young for intervention and we should adopt a ‘wait and see’ approach! We contacted Steph and she arranged to visit us at home, she listened to our concerns and began working on strategies and targets tailored to our son immediately. Over the past two years Steph has changed our Son’s life, as well as providing immeasurable support to us. Our little one is now a chatty little Boy, growing in confidence everyday. He is due to be discharged from SLT and although we are sad to not be seeing Steph again we will never forget the impact she has had on our lives! ❤️

Stephanie has provided us with tools and strategies to help our son who had severe speech delay. We had previously tried to get support from external agencies but no-one would listen to our concerns. 'Stephanie didn't just listen - she helped and supported' Stephanie works brilliantly encorporating strategies through play which works wonderfully. Without her help we can honestly say we would probably still be banging on doors and getting little help. We are so proud of our beautiful boy - who is as confident and chatty as ever, which is wonderful to see and hear. With Steph's help he slowly started getting interested in the activities she did with him to help him understand and speak. We are now on a writing board and PECS to help him communicate effectively.
