Really helpful, I was after a boquet that included tulips. I was asked for my budget, colour preference, and any other specifics. My boquet was made within 15 minutes while I waited. Flowers were beautiful and the recipient was over the moon with them. Picture doesn't do them justice as I didn't get an opportunity to get a great picture, just a quick snap in the car footwell

Really awful experience here. Husband bought roses for my birthday . Within 24 hrs they had wilted and I took a photo.The following day ( Monday) I took the photo and a rose to the shop . The woman serving said her flowers didn’t do that and I couldn’t have put them in water - which of course I had . There was no apology or offer to replace I was just repeatedly told I hadn’t put them in water. I was told ‘ I think you’ve come on here for an argument’ . I try to support local shops but I don’t think I would have got that customer service from M&S .

Ok but definitely not as good as it used to be… Mothers Day arrangements were not great for the price. I had ordered two, one looked like it was already starting to wilt. Not sure if this was the Mother’s Day effect or the change in ownership.

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 hydrangeas for an afternoon tea with my daughters bridesmaids. More than £10 per head. Very small, my garden ones are more impressive. Took them, they didn't even last the afternoon. I returned them on the Monday, Very disinterested. Was going to get them to do the flowers for the wedding, will definitely not be doing that now.

Will not be ordering off them again. The shop has changed hands and not as professional as the last owners. I called to check if my flowers were out for delivery and she couuldnt tell me if they was on the van? Terrible service . One star for online
