Phenomenal customer service, wouldn't go anywhere else. Firstly I had three different mobile phones from 3 different countries, all with various ailments. What could be sorted got sorted very quickly and they were very upfront with what couldn't be sorted, whereas other places will give you the runaround and pretend they can fix something when they can't, wasting time and money. Then I took them my ancient laptop with a defective keyboard. They gave me a very competitive quote and ordered a new keyboard and fitted it. Unfortunately the supplier had sent them a defective keyboard. Talkback comms then removed it and charged me nothing even though they had done the work of fitting it and removing it. So the problem is not resolved yet but the point is they were honest, communicated immediately with complete honesty, and refused to charge me for the work they did even though I offered to pay them. For me the most valuable thing in service industries is honesty, clear communications and prioritising the customer experience. These guys did all that and more, with the utmost of high standards, professionalism, courtesy, communications and a caring attitude towards me as a customer. Very happy!

I cannot recommend these people more highly! They ‘saved’ my 11 year olds Christmas (😂) by mending her IPad free of charge! They also took the time to teach her about how lucky she was and how to look after her tech better! Really grateful mum here! Plus really appreciate how honest they were, this is something that can always be said for people these days, they could have charged a lot. We’ve used them as a family for years for our tech repairs and they are always really helpful, their workmanship is always really good and so far nothing has ever been a problem after their repairs again! Definitely a thumbs up from me and my daughter!
