Phoned enquiring about some coal for my workshop stove. Lady on the phone was curt, dismissive and generally unhelpful. Whilst trying to find out about the new laws regarding coal supply, I was accused of trying to circumvent the law, because I'd never bought from them before (I had, I used to live less than a mile from them). Had to end the call before I snapped at her!
