I ordered a Silter vacuum ironing board from Ricky at Talash in December which was expected to arrive via ParcelForce a few days later. However ParcelForce unfortunately sent it to the wrong delivery depot originally and when it finally arrived it had, at some point, been dropped by the courier. The box and packaging inside was damaged and once I started to use the board I discovered that was also damaged. Communication with Ricky was second to none. Prior to purchase he talked me through the benefits of the Silter systems available for my specific purpose and he has been nothing but courteous, informative and professional throughout the time the board was misdirected and then through the process of my returning it. I have to admit his customer service approach is the best I've experienced throughout my business and personal life, and big businesses could take a leaf out of his book. Highly recommended business establishment and Ricky is very personable 😁

A while back I had an issue with my old Singer machine. It was on its last legs and they managed to get it working when nobody else could. I have now bought a shiny new one from them. I'm very happy with the service. Many would have tried to hard sell a replacement when I needed a repair. Very honest and they really know their stuff. Thank you Ricky

Very disappointed! I went to the shop and I was hoping to buy a sewing machine and sewing accessories. On the door was saying “back in 10 min” I’v been waiting for more 30 min the person never came and I also tried to call for several times but no one answered.
