I Had an Unsatisfactory Experience with Taj the Grocer / Taj Supermarket. My Order was Delivered with items Missing, an Oil Spillage in the Carton, and Poorly Executed Packing, which Resulted in some of the items Being Rendered Unusable. Moreover, Despite my Numerous Attempts to Contact their Customer Service through Email and Phone calls, I Have yet to Receive a Response in Regards to this Matter. This has Been an Exceedingly Frustrating Week for me, as I am Still Waiting for a Resolution. I Remain Dissatisfied with their Customer Service, as I have Received No Communication from them Regarding the Missing items and Damaged Goods, Despite Repeated Attempts to Contact them.

(GREEDY)THEY CLEARLY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS OR FAIR PRICES, they clearly take take take and don’t give anything back it’s just all about profit with them now as I’ve been seeing for a very long time. GREEDY PEOPLE. (TAJ) ... LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS,READ THE REVIEWS 😡 The shop is far too expensive for what it sells, for instance a small tub of Taramasalata in another shop that I know cost 89p in there it’s £1.92 😡there are lots of other products that I could name which are almost 3 times or excessively double the price. They need competition because they are getting too greedy now.This post Will be taken off by myself if Taj would put some of their price to how it was.
