  I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are considerate, understanding, helpful and have only you and your animals best interests at heart. The process to ship your animal is confusing and multilayered and I used up so much of their time only to change my mind about transporting the dog because I was let down by the VET that I had hired to produce the health certificate. They were so attentive and understanding and understood the stress involved in transporting my emotional support dog. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - there are a lot of scammers out there and will tell you different things. These guys are the real deal. Big Thanks to Louis and Sarah for putting up with my stress....x Real People...Thank you... I will be back next year so much more prepared!!!

  As part of a very stressful move, we had to also move our dog with us from London to Chicago. As any dog parent can understand that can be super stressful. We hired Tailwings who really just took care of everything. A month before the flight they sent us a very sturdy custom built crate that fits our dog's dimensions perfectly. They booked his flight, helped us fill the paperwork with clear instructions, picked him up from our address and took him to the airport. And on the other side they had someone clear his customs and paperwork without a hitch. We just met our boy on the other end safe and sound! Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling with a dog from the UK to the US.

  We chose Tailwings because of the great reviews. While general customer service was good, we felt that we could've been made aware of the second clearance agents fees (who Tailwings are partnered with) earlier in the process. It was quite a hefty fee and changed our total cost quite a bit. However, we still felt that the reviews made it worth it and we had no other way to get our cats to Istanbul. In Istanbul is where the problems started. We have left a google review on IAG Cargo Carrus as this is the company that created issues (which ultimately left our cats in danger and horrible conditions), however I felt the need to leave a review on Tailwings also as I think they need to review who they partner with for the duration of a pet's journey and it seems many people have had issues with IAG and their pets being transported. Not only were our pets not looked after by IAG (left without being fed even though food was provided, left in kennels with urine covered blankets, no communication), this happened because IAG misplaced very important documents with our personal details that we needed to get our cats to their final destination. So we were left waiting for these documents while our cats were left in terrible conditions. Again, please see full review on IAG Cargo Carrus. I hope Tailwings review who they use to transport pets specifically to Istanbul (as this was our experience) as although communication with Tailwings initially was great, the entire process became awful for our cats and they are our main priority in this situation.

  Louis, Sarah & Alex were all incredibly helpful to both Graham (my brother) & myself. As "first timers" transporting a pet they reassured us right from the start, they were always polite, understanding, kind & caring at all times. We were kept updated throughout the day once my cat had arrived at HARC. Their service was absolutely first class it was a pleasure working with them. What a welcomed relief when Alex arrived at the front door of our cottage with my cat, Tac, she had been very well cared for having travelled all the way from Mauritius & it was nice to meet a member of this very professional family. Tailwings is most highly recommended by us & Tac would certainly agree. She is happy & settled now which is mainly due to the care & attention she received during her journey. Thank you Tailwings.

  Evie and the team Tailwings have been absolutely phenomenal. They have made what we thought would be a scary and difficult process really easy, in the middle of the stress of moving our own lives from London to New York, as well as our dog Opie. Tailwings were always available for our question (no matter how small), and were able to deliver Opie's crate weeks ahead of his travel date, which made such a difference as by the time he needed to fly, it was already his favourite little den to be in. I couldn't recommend Tailwings highly enough if you are considering relocating your pet!

  I wish I could rate TailWings more than 5 stars. TOP class service from start to finish. Lucy and Dash were flown from London to Chicago, and I am not easy as these are my babies, but Evie from the initial contact until I had my dogs was beyond amazing! She was there to calm my nerves, walk me through the entire process and when one of my dogs had difficulties, she was there to still calm my nerves and assure me that things were going to be ok. Keeping me in the loop and with pictures and videos from the AA kennel. I mean I was a total panic mess, one of those customers people have to get annoyed with and Evie was SOOO patient and good to me. If you are ever considering flying your pet anywhere, I can't recommend TailWings enough. 5 perfect stars to TailWings and an extra 5 to Evie for being a true gem. Thank you all for getting my pups to me safe and sound
