After buying my wedding dress it was very long at the front (I'm pretty small) and I looked around Ashford but didn't feel comfortable with any of the tailors I got in contact with. That was until I found Tailors of Ashford who gave me an appointment and took my details (which surprisingly some tailors didn't even ask for) so I felt more confident with booking. Rayna was very friendly and professional and from the minute she started talking about the process to alter my dress I felt much more relaxed. She even asked for a second fitting after cutting but before hemming just to make sure the length was exact. She was very keen on making sure I was completely happy. In the end I had a beautiful wedding dress that was the perfect length and I have Tailors of Ashford and Rayna to thank for that!
