Very disappointed in trip to Oberammergau this September. Tour guide was pleasant but very poor communicator so lots of problems due to this. We didn't get the upgraded tickets we had applied for despite booking this trip back in 2018. Appalling Hotel on Lake Garda where we were treated with no respect and food was very poor. We were not even contacted by Tailored travel to leave a review ...shows you how much they care about customer feedback. I won't be using this company again

Had a lovely five day break to Bavaria in Sept,highlight passion play oberammergau, well organised trip,tour guide janey very knowledgeable and driver competent,a lot of beautiful places visited in a short time,well worth the money,as a solo traveller had some reservations,no need to have done so,everything went smoothly and to plan,would highly recommend tailored travel to any potential traveller, thanks very much.

Would not use again, unprofessional guide when we arrived who could not read the group and didn't listen to us. Disappointed when we didn't get the upgraded tickets we had paid for (thankfully we got a refund on return home) poor communication.

After a 2 year wait because of Covid, and this firm wanting to take £400 from us (an admin fee!) if we cancelled, we finally went to Austria in May 22. Hotel was rubbish. No reception desk at all. Food (in another hotel 300 yards walk away) was awful. Very poor organisation for Manchester flight people with a 4 hour wait on arrival and just 4 hours sleep on the last night so we could all get up for the Gatwick people. Then a 5 hour sit in a beer garden until we went for our flight. This firm just don't care about their customers. DON'T USE THEM!!!
