The dim sum has become so bad now. They are tasteless and too sweet. I believe they may have got new chef and that’s why the food is declining so much. What a pity. I have been a customer for over 15 years, but this would be my last visit. I told the manager and he said this had been for a long time already. What!!

Vegetarian options: They sell vegetable options for a fair few of the dishes Kid-friendliness: There isn't a play centre or anything like that, however children are welcome to dine Parking: There is a reasonable size car park in the front and side of the complex with another massive roof top parking area to the rear Wheelchair accessibility: Seamless entry from all car parks to restaurant and supermarket nextdoor via lifts or dropped pavement sections

(Translated by Google) A place to drink tea for comfort. But the fines for over-parking are really a headache. In addition, the vicinity of this place is very congested on weekdays. (Original) 可以慰藉下的飲茶地方。但泊車過時會罸錢,真是令人頭痛。另外,平日到達這地方的附近都十分塞車。

My friends and I visited the restaurant for dinner, which turned to be an incredibly bad idea. The quality of food was well below average and the staff exhibited poor manners when it comes to addressing simple inquiries about their food and their lack of customer service is simply disgraceful. Hence why, for the first time, we made the decision not to pay the service charge, as it was undeserved. Shockingly, they directly insisted on its payment mentioning that it contributes to their salary and rather than seeking for a contractive feedback or understanding our concerns, the waiter rudely slammed the bill on the table and aggressively crossed out the service charge amount. In addition, she then suggested to only order takeaway in future....... but rest assured, there won't be a next time. As we were leaving, they escorted us out using offensive language, raised their voices, and displayed disrespectful facial expressions. Frankly, I'm perplexed as to how they continue to operate their business in this manner allowing waiters to have such careless behaviours their customers. Never again!!!

The food is tasty, the portions are quite large. For 3 diners we ordered 1 x rice dish, 1 x noodle dish, 3 x main dishes, a portion of spring rolls and 3 cans of drink, all this came to £82, which is approximately £27 per person. This was more than enough to feed us comfortably and we all felt well fed. When you look at the menu, it can seem quite pricey as each dish is a lot dearer to dine in and eat then the equivalent at a takeaway price but surely this is to be expected. The service is quick and the staff are pleasant. It's no fine dining experience but as a Chinese restaurant goes, it's not bad.

Worst service ever. It always had a reputation for rude service but recently it had reached another level. We ordered dim sum at lunch, the room was half empty, half an hour passed nothing is served, I asked the waiter to check in the kitchen, she told me to wait or leave. Would you believe it, would never return for sure. There are plenty of decent dim sum place nearby, don’t bother with this one.

Don’t do it. I have tried both dining in and take away. Neither are worth it. Food was a disappointment, especially the take away. Special fried rice was more of steamed rice with two shrimps and some egg. And the other dishes I ordered were just as bad. Will definitely not be going back.
