We hired Seif from Taheena for our opening event for our black community led company @ThePalaceOfTheDogs. We wanted something light for our guests that encompassed and unified the black and African diaspora experience and to say that he delivered is an understatement. The reaction amongst guests, when trying the food, was both full enjoyment and amazement, as he had put such fresh and creative spins on some traditional dishes. The price was very reasonable and liaising with Seif on changes to the menu and guest size was simple and efficient. Definitely go for @taheena if you want someone who cares about food and your experience.

I booked this company weeks in advance for a mothers blessing I increased the guest number which I thought wouldn’t be a problem as it’s more money for the company. Suddenly Saif (owner) turned on me, when I queried the price. £200 was added for 5 guests. When he explained the price increase I said I was happy to proceed as it was 2 days before my event. Then later on he got one of his employees to cancel the entire catering package I ordered blaming it on the number increase. We telephoned saif directly he advised that he got a better offer where he could make more money. This was incredibly stressful and I’m heavily pregnant. Our event was ruined as we couldn’t find any one in time. I’m still upset about this. Stay away.
