There customer service is disgusting, was guaranteed a call back off the manager this as not happened. I purchased a new watch as a birthday present for my wife and where it was adjusted the links were not attached correctly and it was lost on its 1st outing . Which was a plane journey through this we had several hours of absolute chaos trying to find the watch .missed are transfers I can't believe they have not dealt with this as promised and we will be taking this further on our return.
