We had TAG Asbestos carry out a full survey on our premises in November last year and the invoice was paid in full in early January and we still haven't received the results of the survey almost ten months later. Avoid using this company like the plague, full of excuses when you call and no response to emails or letters.

For some reason, my review was removed. Gavin came to our site in April to complete an Asbestos Management Survey. After viewing the site and taking samples he left. Gavin then sent us a bill for the report, which we paid. To date, we haven't received the report we paid for and have had to pay another company to do the same survey. After looking on companies house, Gavin has been a director of many failed businesses. Avoid this guy.

Never received results after payment. Should have received them beginning of May 22. Phone line goes to 3rd party company that are not helpful. Sent multiple emails/phone calls with no response. Was very good and helpful at first, but then radio silence after receiving money. Do not use, no matter what he promises!

Extremely disappointed that despite several calls to their office and mobile over the past 2 months I am yet to even receive a call back let alone the report itself. Gavin appeared to be a lovely gentlemen when I met him, so I am baffled by his lack of response and approach to all of this. If you are looking for a professional company to undertake your asbestos report for a commercial building, please avoid!
