Called the surgery at 2pm about my sick 2 year old. Despite the NHS being on it's knees, I was called back within the hour and seen face-to-face half an hour later with the prescription filled in-house. Absolutely faultless and reasurring to have such great such a great GP locally. Keep up the great work!

Terrible experiences with the GP's. Reception and nursing staff are great but any appointment (over the phone) with the actual GP's are terrible, you're made to feel as though you're not actually ill and neither are your children. Patronising and condescending, completely disregard everything you tell them, it's like it's hard work for them to do their actual job.

My family and I have been patients of the surgery for four years and the service has been excellent everytime. It's reasonably easy to get an urgent appointment in the morning. Even later in the day, if it relates to children then a GP will call me back. The GPs and nurse practitioners have always provided careful and considered care. Should I not need an urgent appointment, the online service is excellent and always meets my needs. Finally, the dispensary is good and I've never had a significant problem with prescriptions. I was also pleased to see a reasonable response to the pandemic, with service provided well throughout and the surgery policy allowing us to stop wearing masks at the correct time rather than dragging it out like some other clinical services.

I registered my two Ukrainian guests at this practice (not my GP’s), simply because they would find it easy to get there by public transport. I am delighted with the care and compassion they have received. I also appreciated the respect for privacy which the large and airy reception area provides.

This is the second time now I've ordered my prescription by email and its not been done and to be told by the receptionist that it takes 48 hours for them to be done wow the full weekend without my fast acting insulin .going to be a fun weekend , my god the woman who deals with prescription emails is a really annoying woman who don't know how to listen to the people who are enquiring about a prescription which says do not use even if its signed by a doctor and when you try explaining that you are just trying to make sure it can be used because it says that on it she don't listen to you and gets funny with you in the end I said look your annoying me now so I'm going to hang uo lol she was so rude towards me and didn't even listen my my question so glad I'm now looking for a new doctors
