Booked Reykjavik last year for my partners 50th Birthday present. The ladies was so helpful with my booking. We had the best 4 days. Unfortunately we didn't see the Northern Lights but the Blue Lagoon made for it. Have already enquired for our next trip to Reykjavik

This review is for the Preston branch but now it's closed and trading under hays travel it won't let me leave a review. I had some complaints about a holiday I had been on but they said take it up with jet2 which I have done still heard nothing. Seemed nice when I was parting with my money - then again aren't they all? Quick enough to take your money but cannot be bothered to sort complaints out passing the book immediately. Won't use any of the branches again. Get ripped off once that's one too many.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Appalling customer care, unprofessional and incompetent! Booked a cruise for April 2020 then paid balance in full when requested Jan 2020. Cruise cancelled due to covid mid march. Cruise line offered 125% cruise credit so attempted to rebook via Book in Style but they had gone into lockdown, wouldn't take calls so emailed them to see if they could organise. They responded saying they would look into it then nothing. All my following emails got no response. We contacted cruise line direct and they said based on cost of cruise our future cruise credit would work out at £600. We rebooked for May 2021. Due to covid still lurking we decided last week to transfer to May 2022 instead. It was then that we were told they had never received the final balance payment in Jan 2020 of £2164 from Book in Style and future cruise credit only would be given on money paid which was our initial deposit of £114 which works out at £28.50! Katrina would not return my calls or give any explanation of what has happened to our money. Luckily a lovely lady from World Travel Lounge called Tracey at cleveleys office got to the bottom of it for us! We will get our £2164 refunded but lost the £600 credit. They had our money over 12 months! No apology from Leyland, no explanation from them either! Gross incompetency! If you want to book through World Travel Lounge book it through Tracey at their Cleveleys branch don't risk your hard earned money with Leyland branch especially whilst their ignorant, rude manager is still there!
