Went in with a problem with my MP5. Fuse related. I had no clue how to fix it; asked all my friends and marshals at a site I usually go to. Stopped off here and within 2 minutes it was fixed for a very kind price of a fiver. Really helpful and knowledgable and lots of items inside the well laid out store. I will be returning here for sure. Oh and they also have their own airsoft site 5 minutes away. The full package for what you want from an airsoft store. Highly recommend and I will be going back to them in the future.

I went in to look for some items to which were listed on their website, I went in store to find a very naive and disrespectful staff behind the counter. They did not look like they cared nor did they offer any help. I asked to view a GBB pistol as I went in initially to buy it and I got told I wasn’t allowed to physically look at the item (his reply was….”you can see it from there can’t you” DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE IT IS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. In all the years I’ve been to different airsoft shops this is one of the worst. Definitely not a way to treat a customer. Absolutely horrendous

It was my first time going to an airsoft game What a great day out they have fantastic stuff and very much the aim of the day is that everyone end the day with the biggest smile. Also I will be going back to then so much fun 🤩.
