Rude customer service. The emails I recieved when I simply asked if they had recieved my return were disgusting. "As it very clearly states on our returns page a return can take upto 14 days to complete" This is what I got in response to this email I sent: "Hello, I sent my item and it was delivered last Monday. I haven't received my refund yet. Can you respond ASAP. Thank you." I tried to contact them via the website first but wasn't clear if it went through so I emailed. I'm simply use to companies notifying customers when they receive a return and obviously know a refund cna take a few days, normally 3-5. Sent another message and didn't get a response so asked again and got this message. "As your tracking shows the item was received on Monday 1st August and will be completed in line with our returns policy." Unsure why the rude tones are necessary. I didn't recieve a despatch email (even though my order confirmation stated this would happen). From other reviews I can see this rude approach isn't new, really simple question that they seem to take issue with. Will never buy from them again.
