Poor service.I have a very bad experience with Tabla Psychology LTD. I have booked a 15 minute “ discovery consultation” online on 17.04.23 in the note I summarised my child’s needs and highlighted possible problems and what I would like to be evaluated. I also specified in the note what are my areas of concern. I have received an email back from Tabla Psychology confirming my appointment with dr Black is on 18.04.23. I have received a link and time. However, there was no show for this video call. I have called twice and emailed also her PA to find out what is happening. Her PA did not have her schedule and was not able to help. She sincerely apologied and reassured me that Dr Black will call me on the end of the day. I have not received such a phone call. Next day, dr Black PA called me asking about the experience and if I have received the another email from her Colligue Jos about terms and conditions of the business and invoicing. I said that I did and responded but the terms and conditions were not sent. Then ai found out that it was PA’s , Debrah job not Jos’ . Debrah called me to asked me if I had T&C knowing she did not sent them , she was to busy day before. In the phone call today with PA I expressed how complicated it is to make a contact and receive a discovery call. On the end Debrah decided to offer me another discovery call for today. However, 12 minutes before the second “ discovery call”dr Black cancelled it in the email telling me that currently they do not offer educational psychologist assessments which I mentioned in my initial email and phone call with PA. With a regret I have to give this service a one star as I wasted 3 days hoping that educational psychologist can assess my daughter. I truly do not recommend this service. Save yourself some time and do not hope like me that they can provide the service they advertise on the website
