Listen! Ayo is a master baker and teacher full stop! I was struggling with knowing how to move forward with my business. Sales were slow and I didn’t feel my marketing efforts were attracting the right customer. I had one session! One social media audit session with Ayo and she saw what the problem was immediately. I reached out to Ayo, the owner of Tabi Cakes, for some advise on how to run a successful cake business. Let me tell you, it is the best decision I’d ever made. Ayo is honest, straight to the point and genuinely interested in seeing me succeed. There were times when I felt defeated during our 3 hour session, but she encouraged me to not be too hard on myself. Ayo went through every question I had in great detail and made sure I completely understood everything before moving forward. She carefully led my to figure out the basics on pricing and asked me pointing questions about what I want out of my business and am I willing on to change things to see it become successful. She went through my Instagram page and helped me tidy it up. If you are hesitant in booking a class with Ayo, don’t be. Make the investment into your business and you will see results sooner than you think, because I have.

I really loved this 1:1 cake decorating class that I did with my sisters! Even before our class started, Ayo was so accommodating. There was no problem when we wanted to focus on particular things that we wanted to learn that were outside the normal scope of the class. She took us through step by step of all the things we asked of her and was so forthcoming with sharing tips and tricks that we just wouldn’t have picked up on or figured out on our own. Even over zoom, she was able to pinpoint exactly what we needed to focus for the things we were struggling with when we had been making cakes. Ayo made it such a lovely and fun class and I really can’t recommend it enough for people wanting to learn more about cake decorating or even as a fun thing to do as a small group!

Ayo is amazing. The most helpful and extremely talented baker/creator/artist! We needed a last minute wedding cake as our baker had cancelled a couple of weeks before the wedding.
