Be careful when dealing with these lots. They are very shady and dodgy. Be warned. Zero stars!

This place is pathetic, had a good experience the first time so invited friends from Oxford to try the food. The food came out after 45quid of ordering, the jollof rice was cold by the time our fish came out, had to send it back then by the time the rice came back after being ‘reheated’ the fish was cold. I was happy wit taste but not the time and temperatuthe food, and friend and I politely asked the waitress if there would be any form of discount due to the time and complications with our food. I was told ‘no’ in a very rude manner I asked to speak with the manger to discuss this further. He offered a £5.00 discount which in my option quite pathetic I said I felt £15.00 was much more realistic. I was then told just go the food is free, but understanding having my own business things aren’t free but negotiations should be made. The waitress began to roll her eyes and generally rude. Then was told by someone else to pay £53.00 until as we should have complained earlier… I believe he was the chef. It was agreed all money would be paid by my friend but I certainly wasn’t happy. The lady that owns the place is nice but find this place a joke and doesn’t deserve a visit. Avoid guys…. I will never visit this restaurant again. Wrong attitude with no manners!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered pounded yam and egusi soup. My first observation was the stale smell from the pounded yam immediately I opened it but because of hunger I thought what might possibly go wrong. The soup and meat tasted like a week old. Well I managed to eat it not knowing it’s going to be my regret. If not that I had a polybag in the car I would have messed the interior up with vomit after driving for like 3 minutes from this place. I had to pack at the side of the road vomiting for over 10 minutes in the car. I’m still having stomach upset till now 4 hours after and I don’t think I’ll be eating tonight. I’m still with in a shock of how I ended up buying a bug, I’m not feeling well for now and pray I get over it tomorrow. I was served by an unkempt minor and children running around making noise.
