Excelent Boat paint and primer, exact colour match using an RAL code, fast secure delivery, all very good, and very pleased. But ... tried three times to contact for advice before ordering, re which primer to use, twice on website contact form and once direct to sales E Mail but all totally ignored.

Don't touch this company. Newly paint concrete floor peeled after a week. They blamed the concrete additives, when that didn’t work it was floor preparation. This was an unused, new concrete shed floor of 80msq C35 slab laid for three months prior. Scraped, cleaned and vacuumed before paint application. Followed online instructions to the letter, after being left to cure for ten days paint stuck to car tyres. Pointed out that their online instructions contained no caveats with regards to concrete additives and the floor was spotless when paint applied. Product not fit for purpose so we are off to small claims.

Can't comment on product as I never got that far with them, but if you have a question and email sales as it asks then you will be waiting for every for a reply after emailing several times to them. Have read other review it says to phone but it difficult to phone within opening times for me. Sale has been lost for this reason. If you can't provide sales advice via email you should not offer it.

I would say....prompt service and no issues with ordering time.... HOWEVER.... my last order had an issue with the paint delivered. It was a clearly different tone to the previous order of paint. The lady I spoke to was very polite and said she would look at the batch test sheets, or words to that effect, to see if there were any problems and contact me back. Weeks later... nothing. Trying to contact them other than by phone is not possible.
