Booked my work vehicle in for 1st service and to identify oil leak. Received video on the same morning of the service update and of the oil leak. Collected my vehicle later that day to be told they needed it back for 2 days to repair oil leak. Rebooked it in the following week. Took the vehicle in to be called later that day to collect, has they said they identified where the oil leak was, and needed to be rebooked in for a 3rd time when the part is delivered. Not ideal when your vehicle is your livelihood. Still waiting for call to have the work done.

I have used T Wall over the years for both new and used cars, i recently bought a 21 plate Kuga, i have had a couple of minor issues which were promptly resolved the most recent being a steering problem. I cannot praise highly enough how i have been dealt with , especially to Stefan Reed who has been amazing throughout. Well done to all who work there.

From start to finish T Wall we’re brilliant in keeping me informed of the progress of my order Nigel was so professional from start to finish I ordered the car in April 22 & had to wait till 7th March for delivery due to the problems in the motor trade with parts availability to build The car (Ford Puma) was well worth the wait
