very very disappointed with the approved car I purchased the car was delivered to me with a broken rear light door mirror's not working properly car wasn't clean properly inside drivers mirror loose rear tyres are just legal just under 3 mil battery was old and had to be replaced under warranty the manager was very unhelpful didn't seem bothered if we purchased the car or not even though we had no p/x and a cash buyer had to take the car in for the faults to orpington branch they were very helpful would definitely not purchased a car from waybridge branch again the manager needs to have some guidance on politeness should not be in that position the trainee sales man help but his hands were tied
