Bought a car in December 2022, driven less than 3000miles. All brake pads and discs need replacing (this was not on the report)power steering has gone and costa 4K to fix. It was sold with FSH but it appears it hasn’t and the warning light has been turned off manually. Get ready for the court case!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service from start to finish. Josh, Andy, Guy, Patrick could not do enough for us. We left our details with Josh as the original car we wanted had already sold. Couple of weeks later Josh called us back to let us know they had another car in with a similar spec. We went to view the car and it was perfect. I would recommend this garage to anyone, their customer service is impeccable unlike Inchape, Land Rover in Derby (just down the road) who should take some learnings from T T Sports & Prestige on how to treat their customers!

So impressed with the staff her especially the buyer James. We had lots and lot (and lots!) Of help with originally buying a car but actually ended up selling a car to them and using the advise given to find a car we really wanted elsewhere as they didn't have in stock. Great range of beautiful cars at good prices. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and have time to really talk about what you what, what you need (as often different) and how you want to finance it. Highly recommended will definitely use again

I can not recommend them enough. I sold my BMW 7 Series. After receiving many fraudulent calls, I was a bit skeptical when I received a call from them; however, they provided me with all the relevant information, and I was assured they were genuine buyers. Richard called me a day before and assured me the money would be in my account immediately. The next day when they turned up, it took them less than 10 minutes to verify the car, which I was surprised by as usually even the time waster takes 1 hour to check, drive and negotiate. After the short vehicle check, they just asked for proof to make sure I was who I claimed, and they did this very politely. Although some people may get offended with their documents check, they deal with 100s of fraudsters, and they don't know you. They will transfer a large amount, so it is natural for them to check your identity thoroughly. Once done, they immediately transferred the funds. I am pleased with Richard and his team.
