Radiator replacement- A nightmare and so very disappointed! AVOID at all costs! Have repeatedly asked for specifications of a radiator he has installed and he has continually lied. We have just paid £980 to have 2 radiators replaced. The sizes, expected BTUs and colour were clearly communicated and price agreed. Justin turned up with a radiator the wrong colour and significantly smaller than communicated. We were assured verbally that the radiator was of the BTU agreed..... more heat ouput than the last. We trusted him until we noticed the kitchen was colder than usual. We asked for the full specification so we could compare the radiator with our previous one. Surely on paper the new radiator would show it was capable of the heat output Justin said it did? Apparently this is too much to ask for. To date we have received scraps of information none of it proving he has installed what he said he has. We have also made it clear this is not about money but about ensuring the kitchen is kept warm for our family. Independent plumbers have assured us that sending a specification for a radiator can be done in seconds. We will be taking this further. Please do not use Justin.

Our boiler broke down on Christmas Eve morning (which was also a Saturday) so we called round several emergency local plumbers. All said they couldn't help before Christmas until we called Justin who was very helpful and offered to come round to have a look within an hour. He quickly identified that we needed a new part and then somehow managed to source the new part within an hour and fit it! We were very satisfied with Justin's work and will definitely be using him again for future plumbing work - would highly recommend! Service: Water heater repair

Justin and his son Oliver come highly recommended. They sorted out a blockage for us a few months ago and we were so impressed, we recently contacted Justin about updating our heating system. They specced and have just installed a new boiler, Hive thermostat and thermostatic valves on our radiators. They are punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, straightforward, very good at explaining what they are doing, and their costs are really competitive.
