I never ever do this publicly, but NEVER EVER use TN taxis. On the 18th of December I booked a taxi for NYE. Today I called to confirm and they have told me 3 different reasons it wasn't booked, first I must have called and spoken to a driver who got it wrong. Then I must have called another company as they don't take bookings and then finally basically insinuated I made it up and hung up. If I hadn't called to check they could have ruined our NWY. Reading their Google reviews of 2.8 it's absolutely clear why and so many people with a similar experience!

Outraged and disappointed: initally elated, as only cab company that had an available local ride to the station as I'd missed the bus, but when another bus unexpectedly turned up, I grabbed it as in a rush and I called tn taxis to advise of this, the operator started first berating me, then threatening me with hundreds of pounds of fines.

I'd give 0 stars if that were an option. This company left me stranded at my pick up point late at night by not turning up at all, not notifying me and not being contactable despite numerous attempts to call them. Thank goodness a more reputable and reliable local taxi firm were able to come to my rescue. Being a busy Saturday night I could have been completely stranded miles from home. The outward journey earlier in the day was fine but I won't be using TN Taxis again and cannot recommend them at all.
