Total rip off company! Engineer turns up an hour late, spends about 30 mins doing 3 alarms and 2 cctv checks, then sits in my yard eating his lunch for another hour, I get a bill for hundreds of ££'S when I informed the company about this, there was no return call etc offering reimbursement of any kind, you only rip your customers off once, will never have them back.
